HRB 23931: Smiljan Power Solutions AG, Aachen, Neuköllner Straße 6, 52068 Aachen. The Extraordinary General Meeting of 11 May 2021 resolved to amend the articles of association in § 1 (company, registered office and financial year) and § 2 (subject matter of the company) and with it the amendment of the company and the object of the company. New company: Prime International Trading AG. New object of the company: The object of the company is the im- and export of as well as the trade in goods of all kinds as well as all related activities. The Company is entitled to all actions and measures that appear likely to serve the object of the company. The Company is entitled to found companies of the same or related nature, to acquire or to participate in them and to conclude business contracts. The Company may combine companies under uniform management or limit themselves to the management of investments.
